Welcome Scholar!

Here you will find resources to aid your experience as an AHEC Scholar.

Community & Rotation Hours

You are required to complete 40 hours of Community Rotation Hours Each Year.

Your community rotation hours can come from your original institution. If you have trouble finding a facility in which you can earn your hours, please contact your Programs Coordinator and we will pair you with an opportunity.

Clinical & Community Activity Hours Tracking

To keep a record of your activities, download the link below. This is what you will submit as proof of activity at the end of the AHEC Scholar Year on August 31st. If you are unable to complete your modules by this time, please submit the extension request sheet to your Program Coordinator.
